We are delighted to welcome Miranda Green to the Levison Meltzer Pigott (LMP) team.
Miranda joins from another Top 100 award winning leading family practice where she was a partner, and she brings with her over 25 years’ post-qualification experience, covering all aspects of family law matters. Miranda has a particular focus on financial settlements especially those involving international issues, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and private children issues arising from divorces. Often working with high-net-worth individuals, her experience covers advice on cohabitation, family-run businesses and tax and trusts.
Being a strong litigator, Miranda always tries to resolve conflict out of court through arbitration or mediation. She is an accredited Resolution Specialist, a trained mediator, and qualified as a collaborative lawyer in 2009.
LMP founding partner Simon Pigott welcomes Miranda to the team:
“I am delighted that Miranda has joined the firm. Her appointment brings additional valued experience to our growing team, particularly in the area of non-court dispute resolution, a discipline of increasing importance to both family law and LMP. We remain committed to being a boutique family law firm and so recognise that when selecting a partner to join us, it is not just about expertise and experience but also choosing someone who will fit with the team culture, play a role in the strategic development of the firm and enrich the range and quality of services to our clients. In Miranda, we recognise such an individual and we look forward to working closely with her for many years to come.”
Miranda Green is equally happy with her decision to join LMP:
“I am very excited to be joining LMP, a boutique practice with strong foundations and an excellent reputation in complex litigation, in and out of court. I relish the opportunity to be more involved in higher complex international cases and of course to hone my skills in alternative forms of dispute resolution. I am also very pleased to have come full circle in terms of my 26 year-long legal career; back at a boutique firm and in London. I feel as if I have come home.”
Levison Meltzer Pigott (LMP) is an award-winning boutique family law practice, ranked by the legal directories since its inception and recognised beyond the sector by client-facing research such eprivateclient, Spear’s and The Times Best Law Firms.
Miranda joins the team on 1 October.
