We welcome Emma Irven as the latest addition to the Levison Meltzer Pigott (LMP) team.
Emma joins LMP having gained 8 years of previous family law experience in London.
Durham University graduate Emma advises on all areas of Family Law, including divorce, matrimonial finance, nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, relationship breakdown of unmarried partners, and private children matters. In relation to children matters, she has particular experience in Hague convention cases having recently assisted on two reported cases in the High Court. Emma can also advise on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
